Privacy notice

When you submit a form, we receive the contact details, company and role, work you want to discuss, systems involved, timing, consent, and referral or campaign details you choose to provide.

Do not send passwords, credentials, production data, personal records, or other secrets through a website form.

The site uses Umami to record page and interaction analytics, including page, locale, campaign, and named conversion events. We use this information to improve navigation and understand which content leads people to documentation, GitHub, or a conversation. The site does not use advertising cookies.

We use form submissions to reply, understand whether self-service evaluation or a scoped implementation is the more useful next step, and prepare for that conversation. We also use referral and campaign details to understand how the request reached us.

By default, forms are sent to Formspree and website analytics are processed by Umami Cloud. A deployment may configure a different form endpoint or a self-hosted Umami endpoint. These providers may process information in other jurisdictions under their own terms.

Formspree and Umami are not the record for a customer engagement. If a request becomes a qualified opportunity, the working record moves to the company CRM; signed agreements and transaction records remain the formal business record.

We keep inquiry information only while it is needed to understand and follow up on the request, document a business relationship, or meet an operational or legal requirement. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information. Records needed for an agreement, dispute, security matter, or legal obligation may need to be kept longer.
